Alex Combs Artist Award is a designated fund administrated by the Bunnell Street Arts Center for working artists to apply for up to $500 to explore new techniques and ideas through workshops and symposiums. The awards are based on the merit of the work.
Limit of one award per artist per year.
Proposals will be reviewed twice a year by the Alex Combs Artist Award committee. Dead lines for proposals are April 1 and October 1.
Awards will be given to artists working in ceramics, painting and sculpture.
Atists are required to be an Alaskan resident.
Artist are required to submit the following:
-10 digital images (300 dpi) of work that has been completed in the last two years
-letter of intent
-artist statement
-resume
